Last Updated: 06/20/2025

Team Tiger Games Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a technology company that designs, develops and operates mobile games. With this Privacy Policy, we explain how and why we collect, store, use, disclose and otherwise process personal data that we collect via our website, online advertisements and mobile games (collectively, our “Services“), as well as your rights regarding your data in compliance with the App Store’s requirements and global privacy laws. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other data we collect, such as data we collect offline, from job applicants, or from employees.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Data You Provide Directly

When you use our App, you may provide us with information including, but not limited to:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, username, password, and profile details (e.g., profile photo) when you register or update an account via our Services.
  • User Content: Any messages, reviews, comments, or other content you submit (e.g., in forums or support inquiries).
  • Survey & Feedback Data: Information you provide when participating in surveys, feedback, or contests.

1.2. Data Collected Automatically

As you interact with our App, we automatically collect:

  • Usage Information: Data regarding your navigation, pages viewed, in-app actions, session duration, and browsing logs.
  • Device Information: Technical details including your IP address, device model, operating system, available RAM, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android), and language.
  • Analytics Data: Data collected via tracking technologies (e.g., cookies, pixel tags, web beacons) to help us understand app usage and improve performance. This also includes mobile advertising identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS and AAID on Android) and IP addresses, which are collected by our third-party advertising partners (like Google AdMob) for ad delivery, measurement, and to serve personalized ads (where consent is obtained).

1.3. Third-Party Data

If you access our App using third-party platforms (such as Apple, Google, or Facebook) or through their SDKs, we may receive information (e.g., social network IDs, profile photos, or location data) from those providers, subject to your privacy settings on those services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Improve Our Services: Create and maintain your account, personalize your experience, and enable you to use our App.
  • To Communicate with You: Send important notifications, in-app and email updates, customer support messages, and service-related communications.
  • For Security and Fraud Prevention: Monitor for and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent activities, enforce our policies, and protect the rights, property, and safety of our users and our organization.
  • For Analytics and Research: Analyze usage trends, app performance, and to develop aggregated insights that help us improve our Services.
  • For Marketing and Advertising (when you have provided your consent): Deliver targeted or interest-based advertisements using technical identifiers through services like Google AdMob. This may involve the collection of data such as your unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, AAID), IP address, and information about your interaction with ads and our App to help deliver relevant advertising. You can adjust your preferences as noted in Section 8 below.
    • Even if you opt out of personalized advertising, non-personalized ads may still be displayed. These non-personalized ads use mobile ad identifiers and/or cookies for purposes such as frequency capping (limiting how many times you see the same ad), aggregated ad reporting, and fraud prevention.

Our lawful bases for processing your data include your consent, contractual necessity, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate business interests, as required by law.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your Personal Information only as necessary and under strict conditions:

  • Within the App: Your profile information and in-app achievements may be visible to other users if you choose to share them.
  • Service Providers & Business Partners: We work with trusted partners (e.g., IT services, analytics, payment processors) who are contractually required to protect your data using industry-standard security measures. We also utilize Google AdMob, which collects certain data to serve advertisements within our App.
  • Legal and Security Reasons: We may disclose your data if required by law, to comply with legal processes (such as court orders or subpoenas), or to protect the safety and rights of individuals.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or other asset transfers, your data may be transferred to third parties, subject to applicable safeguards that ensure continued protection of your data.

To learn more about how our partners, such as Google AdMob and Unity, use, store, and protect your data, please review their respective privacy policies:

4. International Data Transfers

Your Personal Information may be stored, processed, or transmitted in countries outside your own, including in the United States and the European Union. We implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to ensure that your data remains protected, even when transferred internationally. By using our App, you consent to these transfers, despite different local data protection laws.

5. Your Rights and Data Controls

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have certain rights regarding your Personal Information:

  • Access and Rectification: You can request a copy of your Personal Information and request corrections to any inaccuracies.
  • Erasure and Restriction: You may request to have your data deleted or restrict its further processing, subject to any legal obligations.
  • Data Portability: You have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format and to transfer it to another controller.
  • Withdrawal of Consent: If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us (see Sections 8 and 10).

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the methods provided below in Sections 8 and 10. We will verify your identity and respond promptly in accordance with applicable law.

6. Data Retention and Security

6.1. Data Retention

We store your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Certain records (such as transaction details) may be retained for accounting or legal reasons.

6.2. Security Measures

We take industry-standard measures—including encryption, firewalls, and access controls—to protect your data. While no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, we strive to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. In the event of a security breach, we will notify affected users as required by law.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not intentionally collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and become aware that your child (under 13—or under 16 in certain European jurisdictions) has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at contact@teamtigerstudio.com. Upon verification, we will delete your child’s information unless you grant verifiable consent for further use.

8. Opt-Out and Consent Withdrawal

  • Marketing and Advertising: To opt out of receiving marketing communications or targeted ads, use the unsubscribe option provided in our emails or adjust your preference in your device’s settings. Note that blocking cookies or resetting advertising identifiers may require configuration on each device and browser.
  • Withdrawal of Consent: You can withdraw your consent for personal data processing at any time by emailing us at contact@teamtigerstudio.com. Even if you withdraw consent, we may continue to process anonymized or aggregated data.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt-out of the ‘sale’ or ‘sharing’ of their personal information. While we do not ‘sell’ personal information in the traditional sense, certain sharing of data with third-party advertising and analytics partners may be considered ‘sharing’ under California law. To exercise this right, please click the ‘Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information’ button via the settings menu within our App.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notifications, email, or by posting a notice on our website. The updated Policy becomes effective immediately upon publication, and your continued use of our App indicates your acceptance of such changes.
